01 Scope

What this policy covers

These practices apply to the TikFunny mobile application distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. They cover creative tools, templates, creation history, profile features, credit balance, one-time credit packs purchased in the app, and the in-app feedback channel.

Using TikFunny means you understand the practices described below. If a feature shows an extra notice when information is requested, that notice also applies to that feature.

The operator named on TikFunny’s official storefront listing is responsible for the practices described on this page.

02 Data types

Information TikFunny may handle

• Photos and creative inputs: images you pick, import, or capture, plus prompts, themes, styles, templates, and settings needed to produce the result you request.
• Profile details: account identifier, display name, profile image, sign-in state, and preferences when you use an account.
• Credits and activity: credit balance, credit usage, creation history, and records needed to confirm delivery of a paid item.
• Device and reliability signals: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate network region, performance events, and error diagnostics.
• Messages you send us: text, contact details, and attachments included when you ask for support or send feedback.

03 Permissions

Access on your device

TikFunny requests device access only when a feature needs it. Photo-library access lets you choose an image or save a finished result. Camera access lets you capture an image when that option is available.

You may refuse or withdraw a permission in system settings. The related feature may stop working, while other parts of the app can remain available.

04 Purposes

Why we use information

• To complete your creative request, store results you keep, and show your history.
• To maintain account access, preferences, credits, and delivery of paid items.
• To respond to feedback, investigate faults, improve stability, and keep the app secure.
• To detect misuse, enforce applicable rules, protect users, and respond to binding legal requirements.
• To understand broad product performance with information that is aggregated or otherwise not reasonably linked to an individual where practical.

Where local law requires a specific basis, TikFunny relies on the step needed to fulfill your request, your permission, our legitimate need to operate and secure the service, or a legal obligation, as appropriate.

05 Faces

Photos that include faces

A photo you select may include a face. When a chosen effect needs facial structure, TikFunny may analyze visual points and characteristics solely to place or render that effect and produce the result you asked for.

• This analysis is not used to verify identity, unlock an account, or build an advertising profile.
• TikFunny does not build a face-recognition directory from submitted photos.
• Submitted photos and generated results are not offered for sale.

Submit a photo only when you have the right and permission to use it.

06 Retention

Storage, control, and how long we keep data

TikFunny itself processes and stores personal data on infrastructure under our direct operational control. Access is limited by role and need.

We keep information only while it supports a purpose in this policy, keeps an account or requested history available, resolves a dispute, protects the service, or meets a record-keeping duty. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or altered so it can no longer reasonably identify you.

Removing an item in the app or asking us to close an account starts the applicable deletion process. Limited residual copies may remain briefly in protected recovery records before being overwritten on our normal schedule, unless longer retention is legally required.

Processing region

Our controlled infrastructure may operate in a country different from where you live. When information crosses a border, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

07 Store records

App storefront and required disclosures

Apple App Store or Google Play may retain purchase, payment, download, update, and delivery records under the storefront’s own rules. Those records are separate from TikFunny’s own processing described above. TikFunny does not receive your complete payment-card details from the storefront.

We may disclose limited information when compelled by a valid legal process, to address fraud or a serious security incident, or to protect the safety and lawful rights of TikFunny, our users, or another person. We review such demands and limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary.

08 Your rights

Choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, receive, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal data. You may also withdraw a permission where processing depends on your permission. Some rights have legal exceptions.

Send a request from the email address connected with your account, if applicable, and describe what you need. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to you. TikFunny will not treat you unfairly for making a valid privacy request.

You can also manage device permissions in system settings, remove creations through available controls, or stop using the app.

09 Security

How information is protected

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the nature of the information we handle. These include access controls, protected transmission where appropriate, operational monitoring, and recovery procedures.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If an incident creates a legally recognized risk to you, we will investigate and provide notice when the law requires it.

10 Children

Age-related limits

TikFunny is not designed for children under 13. If the law where a user lives sets a higher minimum age for independent consent, that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below the applicable age without valid authorization.

If you believe a child has provided personal data contrary to this section, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.

11 Updates

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as TikFunny, our safeguards, or legal requirements change. An updated version replaces the earlier version when published. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide a more prominent notice in the app or through another suitable channel when required.
